Strong Adhesion for AAC Masonry

AAC (R) Block Joint Mortar is a high-strength dry powder joint mortar formulated specifically for AAC block construction. It delivers strong adhesion, smooth application, and consistent bond performance โ€” ideal for both residential and commercial masonry.

Designed for thin-bed application of approximately 3mm, it ensures efficient use of material while delivering durable, crack-resistant walls. Self-curing and easy to mix, it streamlines on-site masonry workflows.

Built for Modern AAC Construction

High-performance properties engineered to deliver durable, efficient AAC block masonry every time.

๐Ÿ’ช

High Adhesion Strength

Tensile adhesion of 0.60 MPa for reliable bonding between AAC blocks across full wall heights.

๐Ÿงฑ

Thin Joint Application

Approximately 3mm bed thickness reduces material use while delivering precise, level masonry.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ

Compressive Strength

Greater than 4 N/mmยฒ compressive strength for structurally sound, durable wall systems.

โœ‹

Smooth Workability

60-minute pot life and easy mechanical mixing for efficient application across site teams.

๐Ÿ’ง

Self-Curing

No additional water curing needed โ€” saves time and ensures consistent strength development.

๐Ÿ“

Reduced Shrinkage

Engineered formulation that resists shrinkage cracks, ensuring lasting wall integrity.

Mixing & Application Procedure

A simple workflow for thin-bed AAC masonry โ€” install the first course with cement mortar, then continue with joint mortar.

1Mixing Procedure
  1. Mix with the required amount of clean water.
  2. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
  3. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Remix before use.
2Application Procedure
  1. Install the first course using cement mortar.
  2. Apply the joint adhesive using a tooth-edged spatula.
  3. Press blocks firmly for proper adhesion.
  4. Apply adhesive on vertical joints before laying.
  5. Do not add water after pot life expires.
